The Allison Au Quartet is a Toronto based modern Jazz ensemble. Since forming in 2009, they have performed at major Jazz venues across Canada and have earned a 2013 JUNO award nomination for their debut release "The Sky Was Pale Blue, Then Grey." The group was also awarded the TD Jazz Fellowship Scholarship,The Alfred and Phyllis Balm Scholarship and The Margareta and Benno Nigg Scholarship to conduct artist residencies at the acclaimed Banff Centre. The band is releasing their highly anticipated second album in early 2016 entitled “Forest Grove.”
